LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! - These villas have certainly got the right location. No need for a car or taxis. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by and it's just a short dolmus bus ride (30p) or water taxi to the gorgeous harbour town of Fethiye with it's bustling shops & amazing rock tombs.

From Fethiye another short dolmus ride takes you to the beautiful world famous Olu Deniz with its stunning blue lagoon. For the young at heart if it's bars, discos, restaurants & a really buzzing nightlife you want then the well known Hisonaru is between Fethiye and Olu Deniz. 

Situated just 40-50mins from Dalaman airport or 3-4hrs from Antalya airport for winter lets. Winter time Fethiye is still warm & very busy but the Turkish prices drop unbelievably. If you thought you got bargains during the summer you might think again if you come to this beautiful area in the winter. Winter daytime temps are usually 16-20C.

Situated just a gentle 10 minute flat stroll from Calis beachfront. Away from the noise but with easy access.  20yds from the main road from Calis to Fethiye, dolmus stops just 20yds away - you can even catch it to the beach if you are that lazy! Super restaurant opposite (very reasonable & good - £1 Pizza £2 casserole with huge salads), with provisions shop just across the main road. The Sunday market takes place just a 350yd flat stroll past the shop. 

All Villas are located behind a security gate & there are just 2 pairs of semi detached villas in this very small complex. The villas are surrounded by lush gardens containing citrus trees, figs, plums, grapes, bananas - which you are welcome to pick when ripe, not to mention bourginvillea. 

You may use the facilities of the Buse Apart Otel opposite including the swimming pool for the cost of a drink. You will also find a warm welcome at the Camelia aparts.  just a short stroll away. Villas will sleep 4 in superb comfort, 6-7 very comfortably & 8-9 when absolutely necessary.

The photograph above is the Buse Aparthotel opposite - taken from the upstairs balcony (end of April so they were constructing the water slide) As you can see it is just across the road. The Buse Aparthotel is small - it is just the yellow building to the left. The photograph below is the pool - plenty of sunbeds & it is a very good size. The owners are more than happy for our guests to use all the facilities here - just buy the occassional drink - drinks are very reasonably priced.

Accommodation consists of 

12'7'' x 12'  Double Bedroom with comfortable King sized bed, access to its own private balcony

11'7'' x 8'3'' Twin bedroom with comfortable full size single beds, access to it's own private balcony

6' x 10' Bathroom with bath & shower over, W/C, basin & washing machine.

10' x 5'10'' Kitchen with large fridge, full sized gas hob, electric turbo oven, kettle, coffeemaker, iron etc.

11'7'' x 11'5'' Living room with table & chairs - for summer lets we can provide comfortable double airbed if you have an extra large family. There is a WC with basin off this living room.

12'10'' x 11'7'' 2nd living room (or 3rd bedroom) with at least 2 good sized single bed settees opens onto private veranda with purpose built BBQ.

The villa has solar powered hot water system, there is electrical back up should the sun go in. There are 2 large 9000BTU air conditioning units per villa which should keep the temperatures comfortable.

The gardens  have lemon, orange, fig, bananas, various plum varieties, grapes, olives etc. etc. everything grows profusely here. 

There is  room for a plunge pool at the side of each of the villas . However pools are costly to maintain & you can use the HUGE pool at the Buse directly opposite - much larger, much nearer & far less crowded than most complex pools.

NO Maintenance charges whatsoever. Approx £20 per year house taxes.
